Canadian Congenital Heart Alliance 2017 Annual General Meeting (AGM)

We wish to express a sincere apology to those inconvenienced by our technical and/or location issues associated with the Annual General Meeting of the Canadian Congenital Heart Alliance last evening – November 29.

Access to the video/audio link had been tested earlier and had worked.  However, an ability to log in just before 7:00 – the expected start time - did not materialize when needed.  Thus, those linking in remotely were affected and we recognize that and thank you for your patience and understanding access.  We apologize for this inconvenience. 

In addition, for some who wished to attend in person the site of the AGM was somewhat confusing; the wrong location was provided on our website and in our email notice to you.    As soon as this was identified the security personnel was informed to redirect attendees to the proper location within Sick Kids Hospital.

Again, we apologize for the technical challenges and location difficulties.   We recognize them and have already implemented plans to correct the scenario and prevent a reoccurrence in 2018.
